Fee Philosophy:
While taking time to extend the personal touch to clients, Law One professionals are mindful that clients are understandably sensitive to attorney fee issues.
Hourly fee clients: Clients that agree to an hourly fee in many respects are in control of their attorneys fees. In consultation with Law One attorneys, the extent of litigation is determined by the client. Thus, attorneys fees are controlled by the extent of litigation that client wishes to pursue.
Contingent fee: In cases in which there is a contingent fee arrangement, there is no fee unless a recovery is attained. Law One will commit time and resources necessary to successful resolution of contingent fee cases.
