Erica Benson joined Law One in 2023, bringing her legal expertise from southwest Florida to the Denver metro area. She holds an Associate in Arts from Florida Southwestern State College and focuses her practice on estate planning, probate matters, and civil litigation.

 

Erica takes a strategic, solution-oriented approach to every case — emphasizing accuracy, preparation, and follow-through at every stage. Her strong familiarity with local courts and procedures allows her to develop efficient, effective strategies tailored to Colorado’s legal community, ensuring each client’s matter is handled with the care and thoroughness it deserves.

 

What motivates Erica most is helping people navigate life’s most difficult moments with clarity and confidence. She entered the legal field to advocate for others and solve complex problems, and that commitment shows in every client interaction. She’s dedicated to ensuring that by the end of every conversation, clients feel relieved, understood, and equipped with a clear plan forward.

 

When she’s not working, Erica enjoys exploring Colorado’s great outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and unwinding with a good book or local dining.
