Contessa Smith (a.k.a. Tessa) hails from Colorado Springs by way of Maryland. Moving to the Denver area six years ago, Tessa aspired to utilize her fifteen years of experience and family law knowledge. Tessa applies her skill sets at Law One and finds satisfaction in assisting her clients with a delicate and patient approach. She understands that the dissolution process is a difficult and emotional one and finds it a privilege to guide her clients through it as dexterously and efficiently as possible. Tessa has lived in Colorado since 2004 and frequently returns to her home state at least once a year to visit family and friends. While she misses the beaches and oceans, the mountains have called and she must go. Tessa enjoys hiking, biking, gardening, video games, crafting, reading, traveling, and anything to do with music. Music plays a big role in her life, and those closest to Tessa know that if she is not humming a tune or whistling, something is wrong.
