As a seasoned paralegal at Law One, Sarah Holstein brings a wealth of experience and expertise in litigation, honed during her tenure as the Lead Paralegal at the Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya from January 2022 to March 2023. Specializing in pre-litigation paralegal responsibilities, Sarah not only managed a diverse caseload with efficiency but also achieved the distinction of maintaining the highest average settlement per case at the firm. Her leadership extended to training and mentoring five new paralegals, providing continuous coaching, and fostering a collaborative environment. Prior to this, as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal, Sarah excelled in building client relationships with empathy and professionalism, efficiently managing caseloads, and liaising with medical providers, adjusters, and other stakeholders. With a Paralegal Certificate from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2019 and a B.A. in English from the University of Colorado Boulder (2006-2010), Sarah combines her legal acumen with compassionate customer service, making her a valuable asset to any legal team.
